If you submit your Waiver Form online it’s valid for the entire season. When arriving with a large group one person may fill out a waiver valid for the entire group.

Safety & Training

Safety is one of our main concerns at Högt & Lågt Climbing Park. The park is annually inspected by a European licensed company. We also frequently perform internal controls of the operation, and have several internal routines in place, so that you can feel safe at the park.

If you are going to partake in any activities or use our climbing courses, you must go through our mandatory safety course. You may experience some waiting time on busy days. Please listen to your instructor to make the wait as short as possible for yourself and others.

Please note that the mandatory course must be completed at least once per season.

Weather & Clothes

We recommend that you wear sports/fitness clothing or light hiking gear when you are going climbing in our park. As you will be staying active you might want to wear several layers, so you can take some off as your temperature rises. We recommend you bring a small backpack with a light change of clothes. Running or hiking shoes with a solid sole are preferred.

In case of rain, we recommend you bring some light waterproof clothing with you. Please note that there can be resin in the trees.

We do not recommend you wear clothing with any strings or cords on to our climbing course.

Food & Drinks

The reception is open during regular opening hours. It serves easy hot and cold meals as well as ice cream, soft drinks and assorted snacks.

You may also bring your own food and drinks. Our central courtyard has ample seating and there is a designated grilling area. The grills are available self-service.

Please note that you may not bring your own one-time grill (engangsgrill) to our park, due to the fire hazard

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Here you can find the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If you can’t find the answer to your question here, feel free to contact us at

- What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours vary during the season. You can find our updated opening hours here

- Can I bring my kids to the park?

Absolutely! But please note that children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by a supervising adult in the Green courses. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the Blue, Red and Black courses. We recommend a minimum of 1 adult per 4 children.

These restrictions do not apply to Småtroll and Knatten where you can assist your children from the ground level if the child is comfortable with that. Unfortunately, we cannot let children access the “high” courses of our park without adult supervision.

- What is the Waiver Form?

Anyone who will be taking part in our activities or using our climbing course must fill out our waiver form, where you agree to behave according to our safety policies. Persons under the age of 18 must have an adult supervisor sign the form for them.

You can either sign the form online here or upon arrival. We are unable to let guests who don’t sign the waiver access the climbing courses and activities.

- What kind of training will I receive?

If you are going to partake in any activities or using our climbing courses, you must go through our mandatory safety course. You may experience some waiting time on busy days. Please note that the mandatory course must be completed at least once per season.

- Does the park have unlimited capacity?

Unfortunately, no. We can only maintain a set number of guests on our climbing courses. There is a limited number of harnesses available, and when these are in use no more guests are allowed onto the courses.

If there are no harnesses available, you must wait.

- Do you have parking?

There are plenty of parking spots available right by the park, just follow the signs when you arrive. Parking is free of charge.

- Do I have to buy a ticket if I’m not climbing?

No. You don’t have to buy a ticket if you won’t be going on to the courses. The area around our park is a superb hiking area, with many marked paths for you to enjoy the wonderful nature.

- How can I contact you?
